  • educational process (theory and practice with operative microscopes )
  • meals (lunch, coffee breaks)

  • ONLY for the BIG DIGITAL Course : transfer from / to Prague 

 

Course fee does not include:

  • international flight
  • transfer from / to the airport
  • accommodation
  • transfer for the accompanying person, family members
  • delivery service of an invitation letter (if necessary)

 

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Registration is guaranteed and completed when your contact details and the full payment are received at BELOGRAD Academy.                                  ​​​​​
  • Payment is considered completed when the payment is received by BELOGRAD Academy by bank transfer to our bank account in euro EUR or czech crown CZK.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 1 months (4 weeks)  prior to the course, the course seat can be either transferred to another course or it can be cancelled. In the case of a course cancellation the administration fee 100 eur will be charged and the rest of payment will be refunded.
  • After 1 month (4 weeks)  prior to the course start the payment is nonrefundable. Only in case we would be able to fill the spot from a wait list, the partial refund of 70 % of the amount is possible.
  • All cancellations or change requests must happen in writing by email to: sales.belograd@gmail.com. The refund will be processed during 30 days after the notification.
  • BELOGRAD Academy is not responsible for expenses incurred for any cancellation or change penalties assessed e.g., but not limited to, by airlines or participant selected hotels as a result of cancellations.
  • BELOGRAD Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses as appropriate with 1 month (4 weeks)  advanced notification to all participants. In such events, funds paid to BELOGRAD ACADEMY may be refunded in full or transferred to a future course.

  • For loyal customers  -100 EUR discount for all next Big Courses
  • Special price for all four modules in one package: EUR 7000 (at one-time payment for all Big Courses, except Big Digital)
  • For groups of 3 and more participants -5%
  • Please note: discounts are not cumulative

 

Payment for additional services:

  • Delivery service of an Invitation Letter (if necessary)

Тransfers to/from the KUNKELA training center (transportation) ONLY for the BIG DIGITAL Course:

  • We organise group transfers from Prague to Jindřichův Hradec to the training center from Corinthia Hotel (Kongresová 1, Prague 4, 140 69, Czech Republic https://www.corinthia.com/prague/ ) and back to Prague after the course. The group transfer will be free of charge, except for the accompanying person, the family members (additional cost) 

 

Accommodation, family/friends:

  • We took good care of you and prepared the list of the nearest hotels to the Academy location. Ask a manager to give you more information.
  • There is no opportunity to stay at the training center to the family member if she/he does not attend a course

 

Arrival/Departure days:

  • Course usually starts at 09.00 and finishes at 18.00-19.00. So plan your arrival and departure accordingly. 

 

Learning process:

  • The participants work with the high-tech equipment that imitates clinical conditions – simulation units Sirona with an operative microscope and a full range of materials and instruments which are provided in the course. Learning process – it is 100% of practice from morning to evening.

 

What you need to have for the BIG VENEER COURSE only:

  • to bring the laptops MAC with Keynote (latest version of the software) is the best option OR Windows with PowerPoint 10
  • photo cameras (with macro lenses and ring or two flash in case you have it).
