Tuition fee (Modules 1, 2, 3) – EUR 1700 , (Module 4) - EUR 1000

 

Course fee includes:

• educational process (theory and practice with operative microscopes – participants work in pairs
• accommodation in the double rooms (5 double rooms, 1 triple room)
• full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks);
• relax zone
• photo and video support.

 

Payment and the other financial issues:

• The down payment EUR 100 is a guarantee for your registered place on a course. Application form (provided by our side) is to be filled mandatory as well.
• The remaining amount should be paid in cash on the arrival day. The banking system of our country does not allow to accept the full payment from foreign residents by money transferring to the bank account. The exception is for money transfer services as Western Union, MoneyGram etc
• The payment confirmation (invoices) are issued upon request
• The down payment refund. The notification about cancelation should be done 4 (four) weeks before the day the course or an event starts. Otherwise the sum is nonrefundable.

• Special price for all four modules in one package – EUR 5 500 (at one time payment for all Modules).

 

Payment for additional services:

• Individual transfer from/to airport (approximately EUR 30/keep a small cash for it)
• delivery service of an invitation letter (if necessary)

Тransfer (transportation):

• We help to organize individual transfer to each participant. Approximate cost of transfer is about EUR 30 (keep a small cash for it)
• You can also use by your own side taxi services as Uber or Bolt (enter the address Belograd Dental camp / Учебная Вилла)
• The way from the airport to the training center takes  about 1-1.5 hours.

 

Accommodation, family/friends:

• Our side provide the complimentary accommodation at BG Dental Camp (5 double rooms, 1 triple room), where ladies stay with ladies, men with men). We provide a separate room for a couple who  participate (both) in the course as well.
• We do not provide a single room and accommodation for parents/relatives and friends if they are not the participants of the courses.
• If you travel with a family member and he/she does not  participate in the course you can 1) stay in a hotel (at your own expense) and come to the dental camp (at your own expenses), 2) you can stay at the villa while the member of your family stays at the hotel. There is no opportunity to be stay at training center to the family member while the attendee is participating in the course. One more notice that the driving time from villa to the city center takes from 40 minutes to one hour. We may assist you with hotel selection and a car booking.
• We are happy to welcome our participants the day before the course begins.  The departure day is the next day after the end of the course or at the same day lately night (depends on the return ticket).
• The participants are able to use a swimming pool and sauna (you bring your own swimming suit and flip flops)
• We arrange linens, towels, bathrobes, sleepers, hair dryers in the rooms.
• You have to book (at your own expense) a one night stay in the hotel, if your arrival time (airport/railway) is later than  22:00 and come to Dental Camp in the morning time on the course day (at your own expense). We may assist you with hotel options and a car booking.

 

Arrival/Departure days:

• The arrival day to the Dental Camp is a day before the beginning of the course (From 12.00 till 23.00), the departure is the next day after the end of the course (not later than 10.00 at the morning)
• Duration of stay at the villa - 5 days/4 nights  

 

Learning process:

• The participants work with the high-tech equipment that imitates  clinical conditions – simulation units Sirona with operative microscope and full range of materials and instruments which are provided in the course. The participants work in pairs. Learning process – it is 100% of practice from morning to evening.

 

What you need to have:

• flip flops and swimming suit
• the participants of Module 3 - laptops MAC with Keynote (latest version of software) is the best option or Windows with  PowerPoint 10
• photo cameras
• the participants  of Module 4 – need to bring uniform (we work with natural teeth using hypochlorite). You do not need the uniform for other Modules.
• passport to travel to Ukraine (with visa if needed)
